2 Live Crew rapper Uncle Luke says’ it’s “hurtful” to learn that his wife Kristin Thompson has filed for a divorce.
According to Page Six, Kristin Thompson filed the divorce docs on July 17th.
In a statement, Luke said “It’s mind-boggling, hurtful, and a total surprise. I never intended to get married to get divorced,” adding “That’s not in my DNA nor my family’s history. I believe in the sacred vows, for better or worse, but I have to respect her decision.”
Luke denies cheating on Thompson, or abusing her in any type of form.
“Under no circumstances was there any infidelities nor verbal or physical abuse by me,” he said.
The couple were married since 2008, and share a son together.
