ATLANTA- Rapper Yak Gotti was reportedly attacked by another inmate at Fulton County Jail, according to a report.
The rapper, whose real name is Deamonte Kendrick, was attacked by the inmate on Oct. 8, jail officials confirmed with Rolling Stone, after a spokesperson initially denied knowing of the incident.
Yak’s mother Tasha Kendrick told Rolling Stone “He beat that boy’s ass”.
The rapper is in jail without bond for murder, rackeeteering and gang charges in the indictment against Young Thug, Gunna and 2 dozen others.
