Rapper Young Dolph Suffered Nearly Two Dozen Gunshot Wounds: Autopsy

MEMPHIS- Rapper Young Dolph suffered nearly two dozen gunshot wounds when he was killed last year, according to his autopsy report.

The West Tennessee Regional Forensic Center released its final report on Tuesday for the investigation into the 36-year-old rapper’s death, reports WLBT.

The report states that the rapper died from gunshot wounds to his head, neck, chest, arms, chin, and wrists, according to WLBT.

Young Dolph, whose real name is Adolph Thornton Jr, was shot and killed while inside Makeda’s Butter Cookie shop on Nov. 17, 2021.

Police have charged Justin Johnson and Cornelius Smith in connection to the rapper’s murder and a third man, Shundale Barnett, is wanted for allegedly helping after the murder.

Police have identified Devin Burns, 26, and Joshua Taylor, 26, as persons of interests.
