Rapper “Young Greatness’ has been shot and killed.
According to The Times-Picayune, the rapper was shot outside of a Waffle House in his hometown of New Orleans. The rapper has been identified as 34 year old Theodore Jones.
The New Orleans Police Department says the that shooting reportedly happened at 1:35 a.m. in the parking of the Waffle House. Jones was pronounced dead on the scene.
The rappers mother says that her son was facetiming his manager as he was shot.
The rapper had a hit song “Moolah” in 2015 which featured Jazze Pha. The song was also a hit, reaching the Billboard’s Hot 100 chart.
