Rapper NBA Youngboy and Quando Rondo are being sued by a disc jockey from New Orleans over an alleged attack according to The Advocate.
Carl Capers claims in the lawsuit that he was violently attacked by rapper NBA Youngboy, whose real name is Kentrell Gaulden and rapper Quando Rondo, whose real name is Tyquian Bowman when he worked as a D.J. and in tour management for them back in December.
The lawsuit was filed on Monday against Gauldman and Bowman in Baton Rouge.
Capers says that he suffered a bloody face, cracked tooth, including injuries to his reputation in the music industry. He’s suing for damages.
Capers said the attack took place in Florence, South Carolina when both rappers allegedly kicked and punched him.
Gauldman’s lawyer James Manasseh says that he hasn’t heard about the lawsuit on Wednesday, but he’ll be looking into it.
