ARKANSAS- Reality star Josh Duggar will not be allowed to reside with his children and his wife if he’s released on bond, a said on Friday.
Duggar, 33, known for being on TLC’s 19 Kids and Counting, was charged with one count of possession of child pornography and one count of receipt of child pornograpy.
Duggar has pleaded not guilty to both charges. He was arrested on Thursday.
According to People, the said that if Duggar is released on bond, he would have to be in “a residence where there’s no minor in the home.”
Duggar was investigated by in 2006 for inappropriately touching five underage girls. Two of those victims were his sisters, who came forward after the news was broken.
He was soon released by TLC.
Duggar’s wife is currently pregnant with their 7th child
He remains in jail.
