Rich Homie Quan’s Incident Report Released, Reveals Autopsy Was Conducted

ATLANTA – Atlanta Police have released rapper Rich Homie Quan’s incident report which reveals new details surrounding his sudden death.

The report, obtained by 11Alive, states the responding officer said he received a call from Rich Homie Quan’s girlfriend, Amber Nicole Williams. She said on Sept. 5, she woke up at 6:45 a.m. to take several kids to school.

Williams said when she woke up, she realized that the rapper wasn’t in the bedroom. After going downstairs, she saw him on the couch “asleep” and left to drop off the kids to school. She went to sleep when she came back, and when she awoke at 11:00 a.m., she went back to the couch to check up on him.

When Williams noticed that his body was cold to the touch, and foaming out of his mouth, she called 911.

The report states Rich Homie Quan’s brother told police he woke up around 3 a.m. and saw the rapper asleep on the floor with food in his mouth, which was unusual. He says he picked him up from the floor and put him on the couch.

The report also states that an autopsy was conducted on the rapper on Friday, but results won’t be released until further tests are done.

The rapper was found dead from an alleged overdose last week at his home.
