Rick Ross to release a memoir this fall

Rapper Rick Ross is planning to release a memoir this fall according to US Weekly.

The memoir is titled “Hurricanes.” and is written in collaboration with Neil Martinez-Belkin, who also collaborated with rapper Gucci Mane for his autobiography, The Autobiography of Gucci Mane.

Rick Ross, who’s 43 says the book will cover everything from his days growing up in Miami as a drug dealer turned corrections officer and his medical problems that included seizures.

The book will also cover when he was arrested in 2015 and was charged with kidnapping and assault charges.

Here’s just a little peek into Ross’s memoir:  “Ross moves beyond the headlines, opening up about the experiences that inform his creative process. His upbringing in Carol City. His past as both a drug dealer and correctional officer. His scuffles in the streets and in the industry. The seizures. The drive-by shootings. The 2015 arrest on kidnapping and assault charges. It is a remarkable story of not only surviving the storms of life but reaching the highest levels of achievement in spite of them.”

Hurricanes is available for pre-order now and will publish on September 3rd.
