(Update) Three students and three adults have been confirmed dead.
Police also identified the shooter as a female in her teens.
NASVILLE, Tenn- A suspected shooter is dead and multiple people were injured after a shooting at a private Christian elementary school in Nashville early Monday, police said.
Nashville police say they “engaged” an active shooter at the Convenant School, which is a pre-kindergarten through grade six private school.
The shooter was killed, according to police on Twitter.

There are “multiple patients”, police said.
