Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, Former Bad Boy President Accused Of Gang Rape, Sex Trafficking In Fourth Lawsuit

NYC – Here we go again…

Sean “Diddy” Combs is being accused of sex trafficking and rape for the fourth time in a new lawsuit filed Wednesday.

The lawsuit filed by a Jane Joe, alleges Combs and two other men gang raped her when she was 17 years old and in her junior year of high school.

The suit alleges that former Bad Boy Entertainment president Harve Pierre, who’s named in another lawsuit, approached the teen girl at a lounge in Michigan, and told her he was “best friends” with Combs. After he made a call to Combs to prove their friendship, the woman claims Pierre and Combs convinced her to take a jet to Diddy’s recording studio in NYC.

Combs, Pierre and the unnamed third assailant allegedly gave the plaintiff plied “Jane Doe” with drugs and alcohol to take before they “viciously” gang raped her, the suit claims.

Combs and Pierre “preyed on a vulnerable high school teenager as part of a sex trafficking scheme that involved plying her with drugs and alcohol and transporting her by private jet to New York City where she was gang raped by three individual defendants at Mr. Combs studio,” attorney Douglas H. Wigdor, who’s representing the plaintiff said in a statement Wednesday. He added “The depravity of these abhorrent acts has, not surprisingly, scarred our client for life.”

Combs, a music mogul, who has stepped aside as chairman of REVOLT after three similar suits against him, and two that are pending, is named in the suit along with former Bad Boy Entertainment president Harve Pierre, who is named in a separate suit. An unidentified “third assailant” is also named as a defendant.

The suit seeks unspecified compensatory damages for lost wages as well as “mental pain and anguish and severe emotional distress.”

Diddy has denied the claims.
