NYC – Disgraced music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs appeared in court Wednesday afternoon, where his lawyers are pushing for him to get bail due to ‘horrific” jail conditions.
Combs was arrested Monday after a grand jury indicted him on three felony counts stemming from him allegedly sexually abusing women and others close to him.
A judge denied his lawyers request for bail Tuesday, but his lawyers are appealing the decision, claiming that Combs shouldn’t be behind bars until his trial.
Combs traveled to New York, to surrender to police on Monday, and was arrested. His lawyer claims that his “self-surrender” should be considered by the judge.

Aww, poor baby..
