Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Facing Sexual Assault Allegations In Another Lawsuit By Model

NYC – Sean “Diddy” Combs is being accused of sexual assault by ANOTHER model in a lawsuit filed against this week.

The lawsuit was filed Tuesday in federal court in New York City, by Crystal McKinney, who was once a 22-year-old rising model. She claims she met Combs through an unnamed fashion designer in 2003 was says she was later sexually assaulted at his music studio.

McKinney claims the designer allegedly styled her “to ensure Combs found her attractive” and brought her to meet the rapper at Cipriani Downtown, a restaurant in New York City. She alleges that Combs flirted with her and made sexually suggestive remarks towards her as he “piled” her with alcohol.”

Combs then allegedly gave McKinney his number and later in the evening, asked her to come to his studio, according to the suit. When she arrived, she met Combs and a group of men who were smoking marijuana and drinking alcohol.

She said she was passed a blunt, thinking it was marijuana, but “later came to understand” it was laced with a narcotic or intoxicating substance, the lawsuit states. She claims she then became “very intoxicated” and Combs allegedly forced himself on her in a bathroom.

Combs led her back to the studio where she “lost consciousness” and later woke up in a taxicab heading towards the designer’s home.

McKinney also filed the suit against the rapper’s record label, Bad Boy Entertainment, the label’s distributor, Universal Music Group and his fashion brand, Sean John Clothing.

The suit comes after a 2016 video showing the music mogul brutally beating his then girlfriend singer and model Cassie.
