Sean “Diddy” Combs Sued By Third Woman Accusing Him And Singer Aaron Hall Of Rape

Sean “Diddy” Combs is being sued by a third woman who’s accusing him and singer Aaron Hall of raping her back in the 1990’s.

The plaintiff, identified in the complaint obtained by The Post as Jane Doe, alleges that she and her friend met Combs and Hall at an event hosted by MCA Records in NYC in 1990 or 1991.

The lawsuit filed Thursday reads “Combs and Hall were very flirtatious and handsy with Jane Doe and her friend, offering them drinks throughout the night.”

The two entertainers then invited the women to Hall’s apartment for an afterparty where Jane Doe was allegedly coerced into having sex with Combs.

“After Combs finished doing his business, Jane Doe laid in bed, shocked and traumatized,” according to court docs. “As she was in the progress of getting dressed, Hall barged into the room, pinned her down and forced Jane Doe to have sex with him,” according to the lawsuit.

Both Combs and Hall are accused of allegedly taking turns on the women.

After the alleged rape, Doe claims she got dressed and ran out of Hall’s home, with her friend leaving a short time later.

The friend then told Jane Doe that she too “had been forced to have sex with Combs and Hall in another room,” the filing reads.

Doe claims that Combs came over to her home where her friend and her were staying several days later and became “irate and began assaulting and choking Jane Doe to the point that she passed out,” the complaint read.

The rapper was allegedly searching for the woman’s friend Combs “because he was worried that she would tell the girl he was with at the time what he and Hall had done to them.”

Jane Doe said she told family and friends of the alleged rape afterwards.

The woman claims that she suffered physical injury, “lasting psychological and financial damages,” invasion of privacy, severe emotional distress, humiliation and loss of dignity.

Combs, 54, and Hall, 56, haven’t made any comments.

The third suit against Combs comes days before the expiration of the Adult Survivors Act in New York.
