Police in Mexico who were searching for a missing 2 1/2 year-old boy, discovered 23 abducted children.
The missing toddler was kidnapped from a market in Southern Mexico 3 weeks ago.
Police announced on Monday that they made a horrifying discovery, 23 abducted children, ages 2 to 15-years-years-old.
The children were basically used a slaves, being forced to sell trinkets in the streets.
Police detained 3 women, and the children were handed over to child welfare authorities.
