DALLAS, TEXAS- A second man has been indicted on a murder charge in the death of rapper MO3, who was gunned down last year.
Devin Maurice Brown, 28, was indicted Thursday on a charge of murder for the death of MO3, whose real name is Melvin Noble.
Noble was gunned down on Interstate 35E last Nov. as he was running away from a gunman.
Brown is the second man indicted on a murder charge for MO3’s death.
Kweon Dontrell White, 22, was indicted in February on a murder charge, but was also indicted Thursday on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in connection with the deadly shooting.
White was arrested in Dec. According to arrest-warrant affidavit, witnesses identified him as MO3’s killer.
A bystander was also shot, but survived.
White and Brown were also indicted on federal charges.
The shooting was allegedly over MO3 dating a “known witness”, and over a video he posted on social media, which White told made him upset. White denied any role in MOE’s death.
