OREGON- A shooting happened at a county fair on Saturday, where rapper Nelly was set to perform at.
According to police, the victim was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Two suspects have been arrested, and there is an active investigation.
A witness told KEZI that a gun went off when a security guard tackled a man to the ground. The bullet hit a female bystander in the arm after it ricocheted off the ground.
Nelly was set to perform at the The Lane County Fair, which begins on Wednesday and ends on Sunday, bringing music lovers and large crowds.
