LOS ANGELES- A double shooting during the screening of the movie ‘Forever Purge’ has left one person dead and another injured Monday night.
The LAPD say an 18-year-old girl was killed, and a 19-year-old was injured when someone began firing into the theater around 11:45 p.m.
The unknown suspect fatally shot themself.
According to KTLA, it’s unclear what the motive for the shooting was and the identities of the victims haven’t been released.
Investigators are trying to figure out if the shooter was a stranger or if he/she planned the murder-suicide.
