Singer/rapper Rod Wave will not be facing felony battery charges by strangulation for allegedly choking his ex-girlfriend, according to authorities.
Wave was arrested and charged earlier this month for allegedly choking his ex and the mother of his kids in their living room after he had accused her of talking to other men.
After weeks of an investigation, the case against the Florida singer has been dropped. Prosecutors concluded that the case was not fit for prosecution after a review, according to Pitchfork.
