Singer Sean Kingston has been hit with nearly a dozen charges in his fraud and theft case.
Sean Kingston, whose real name is Kisean Paul Anderson, is accused of involvement in an organized scheme to defraud multiple companies, according to the arrest warrant obtained by TMZ.
The Broward County Sheriff’s office hit the 34-year-old singer with 10 charges, including grand theft and probation violation.
His mother, Janice Turner, was initially charged with 6 crimes, but they have been upgraded to eight.
Kingston’s other charges are in connection to writing bad checks and defrauding banks, according to reports. He was also on probation for trafficking stolen property when he was taken into custody last week.
Kingston remains behind bars in California on no bail.
