Singer Trey Songz Sued AGAIN, This Time By Two Women Who Claim He Allegedly Sexually Assaulted Them At A House Party

LOS ANGELES- Singer Trey Songs is being sued AGAIN.

The R&B singer is being sued by two women who claim they passed out at his house party in L.A. in 2015 and awoke to Trey allegedly forcing himself on them with nonconsensual sex, according to TMZ.

In court documents, the women claim they first met Trey in 2015 when they went to his concert, and he invited them to an after-party that he was hosting. They say they were then invited to his home in August for his birthday party, the outlet reports.

The alleged victims claim they took an Uber to Trey’s home and were forced to give a password and turn over their cellphones in order to gain admittance.

Once inside, they say the home was filled with mostly women and a handful of men, and they were allegedly pressured to drink alcohol from unsealed bottles, according to TMZ.

The women say they became intoxicated after consuming a small amount of liquor and believe they were drugged.

They claim in the suit that they were sitting on a couch by the pool when Trey came by and led them to an upstairs bedroom where they passed out fully dressed, according to TMZ.

When they woke up the next day, Trey Songz was allegedly naked on top of them as they were naked. One of the women say he was allegedly performing oral sex on her without her consent. She attempted to stop him, but he overpowered her.

Afterwards, the singer asked them to join him in the shower and when they refused, he allegedly became extremely upset and shouted, “You are little f*****g girls, get the f**k out my house!”

The women say they grabbed their clothes and tried to leave, but Trey refused to hand them over their cellphones until a security intervened, gave them their phones from a safe and they called an Uber.

The women claim they’ve suffered lasting injuries from the alleged incident and are suing the troubled singer for damages.

It’s unclear why they waited until now to sue to the singer….
