South Carolina: Officials with the Richmond school district have decided to close their schools early and because it’s because of Jay-Z & Beyonce s “On The Run II” tour. The school district says they’ll be heavy traffic due the couples tour, so they have decided to release their students early on August 21st. 6 schools will be letting their students out as early as 11 a.m., when the concert starts at 7 p.m.. Buses will be transporting students to their homes to their home to avoid traffic. Some taxpayers are reportedly not very happy about this and would like to know how much this will costing them.
