Spring Breakers arrested for allegedly drugging, raping woman who died

MIAMI, FLORIDA- Police have arrested and charged two men in Miami for Spring Break after they allegedly drugged and raped a woman who later died.

Evoire Collier, 21, and Dorian Taylor, 24, were both seen on surveillance video entering the Albion Hotel with the impaired 28-year-old woman around 1 a.m. on Thursday, according to The Miami Herald.

Police say that both men had sex with the alleged victim at the hotel. Taylor at one point allegedly forced himself on the woman while she was unconscious.

The woman was found semi nude, and dead on the hotel bed by first responders on Thursday.

A police report states that both men then took the victim’s credit cards, cash and phone as she was unconscious, leaving her in the room “without any concern for her welfare or safety.”

Police tracked Collier down, and he confessed that he and his friend met the victim at a restaurant and that Taylor had given her a Percocet.

Both men, who are from North Carolina, have been charged with sexual battery, burglary with battery, petty theft and the fraudulent use of a credit card.

The victim’s cause of death is not known at this time, and both men may face more charges depending on the ruling of her death.
