A cause of death for Stephen “tWitch” Boss has been revealed.
Boss died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner, according to Fox News.
His manner of death was suicide, according to his report.
Boss’ place of death is listed at a “hotel/motel,” and the case status was “closed” on the report, reports the news station.
Boss began DJ’ing on the Ellen Degeneres’ show in 2014. He became an executive producer 6 years later.
Law enforcement sources told TMZ that Boss’ wife, Allison Holker, went to a Los Angeles Police Department station on Tuesday after Stephens left their home without his car, which wasn’t usual of him.
Shortly after, police said they were contacted about a shooting at a hotel.
He leaves behind his wife and three children.
