BEVERLY HILLS- Steve Harvey’s daughter Lori Harvey has been charged in a hit and run.
Harvey has been charged with hit and run and resisting arrest by Los Angeles County prosecutors after she allegedly crashed into another vehicle on Oct. 20 in Beverly Hills and then fled the scene.
Her G-Wagon was flipped on it’s side at the scene.
Witnesses told police that they saw say Lori texting on her phone before the hit and run.
Harvey was Facetiming her famous father when police found here.
Lori has been all over the news for her recent flings with several rappers in the past few months, but she looks like she’s sticking with rapper Future, who’s ex gave birth to his baby just a few months ago…
Future and Lori seem to also be throwing some shade about the recent charges by posting this photo of them in Jamaica right now.

She’s due for an arraignment on Jan. 21 after prosecutors filed the criminal case on Thursday.
