TEXAS- The family of a 16-year-old special needs teen who was beaten by her substitute teacher seen in a viral video is demanding that the woman is punished “to he fullest extent of the law.”
They have hired a lawyer, and Paul Batrice, who’s representing their 16-year-old daughter released a statement to KEYE news station reading “We are shocked and disgusted after seeing the abuse and excessive force used in this teacher’s attempt to discipline a special needs child.”
Substitute teacher Tiffani Shadell Lankford can be seen on video punching the teen before pulling her out of her and then stomping her head out. The video is very disturbing:

Truly disgusting, unacceptable and unbelievable.
Lankford, who’s smirking in her mugshot, which shows me she has no sympathy for what she did has now been arrested and charged with aggravated assault on Friday.
Batrice says that the teen, who suffers from epilepsy, suffered severe injuries that she sustained from being beat by Lankford and is now suffering from anxiety.
