LOS ANGELES- Rapper and actor known as KR has been sentenced to 50 years in prison for multiple rapes, according to reports.
Kaalan Walker, 27, was convicted in April of three counts of forcible rape, two counts of rape by intoxication and two counts of statutory rape, reports L.A. Times.
Walker was arrested and charged in 2018.
The victims, who were models, say Walker reached out to them on social media, offering to help them with their careers.
He would reportedly lure his victims by telling them there was a music video, or that he was going to introduce them to celebrities, City News Service reported.
Once alone with the women, he would sexually assault them.
Walker, also known as KR, released his EP in 2017, before playing a gang member in “Superfly”, and appearing in the 2017 movie “Kings”, which starred Halle Berry.
