BROOKLYN, NYC – The suspect accused of stabbing a pair of twin sisters at a Brookyn bodega allegedly also tried to stab a worker at the store.
The store’s manager, whose brother-in-law owns Slope Natural Plus told The Post Monday that the workers at the bodega tried to lock the door on the deranged killer, but he waited for the 19-year-old sisters outside before 2:30 a.m.
The unknown suspect asked for one of the sisters Instagram, and when she refused to give it to him, he began shouting, the manager said.
That’s when the worker kicked him out of the store and tried to keep the girls inside, according to The Post.
The man started banging on the door, saying he wanted his food, and when the worker tried to close the door, he attempted to stab him.
Samyia Spain was stabbed in her chest and neck.
She was taken to a hospital where she died from her injuries. Her sister was placed in critical condition.
The teen girls were at a club before and stopped by the store to grab some food.
The suspect remains on the loose.
