MARYLAND- Police have arrested the man who was wanted for stabbing another man over a Popeye’s sandwich..
Yes, you read that right.
30-year-old Ricoh McClain was arrested Thursday by police in Maryland for fatally stabbing 28-year-old Kevin Tyrell outside of a Popeye’s on Nov. 4.
Investigators believe that Davis was cutting the line of people who were waiting for the chicken sandwich which has been causing chaos since it’s comeback after two months.
An argument broke out between Davis and McClain, which was taken outside of the fast food joint. When police arrived on the scene, Davis was found with a stab wound in his upper body as he was lying in the Popeye’s parking lot.
Davis was taken to a nearby Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
It’s unclear as to what McClain has been charged with.
