ATLANTA- A man has been arrested and charged for the shooting that killed an 8-year-old girl.
According to CBS, Julian Conley, 19, turned himself into police on Wednesday, which is the day after prosecutors issued a felony murder warrant for his arrest.
8-year-old Secoriea Turner was shot and killed while in her mother’s vehicle on July 4th when a group of men came to their car and began firing bullets. This shooting took place near the Wendy’s fast-food restaurant where Rayshard Brooks was killed by police.
Conley is facing murder charges.
