NYC- Police arrested the suspected subway shooter on Wednesday, after he allegedly opened fire inside of a train car Tuesday, shooting 10 people and injuring many others.
Frank R. James, 62, was initially a person of interest in the case, but was upgraded to a suspect.
James was arrested in Manhattan after he was noticed by someone who then called 911.
James is being charged for a federal terrorism offense.
