Suspects In Rapper Julio Foolio’s Murder Appear In Court, Plead Not Guilty

FLORIDA – Three suspects charged in connection of the killing of Julio Foolio, appeared in court Monday.

Sean Gathwright (the alleged shooter), Alicia Andrews and Isaiah Chance all pleaded not guilty in an arraignment hearing Monday.

A fourth suspect, Rashad Murphy, is awaiting a hearing next month after he is transferred from another county where he’s been behind bars.

There is a 5th suspect, Davion Murphy, who is still on the loose.

Chance, Andrews and Gathwright are accused of planning out the rappers killing with the other suspects. They have been charged with second-degree pre-mediated first-degree murder conspiracy to commit ,murder.

The rapper was celebrating his 26th birthday at a hotel in Tampa, Florida, when two men shot and killed him in an ambush.

Investigators believe the deadly shooting is street-gang related.
