Takeoff’s Killer Remains At Large, Police Say Rapper Was Killed After Dispute, New Details Emerge

HOUSTON- Police are asking for the public’s help in finding the suspect(s) who killed rapper Takeoff from the rap trio Migos as new details emerge.

Houston police held a press conference Tuesday, confirming that the 28-year-old’s rapper’ killer, or killers are still on the loose and they are asking the public for their help.

Sergent Michael Arrington, the lead investigator in the case said “We know the media has received a lot of phone calls, text messages, tweets, vines, video. We need all of ya’ll to send those to us so we can solve this case.”

He added ” We want to find justice for this family. They’re going through a lot right now. Help us find apprehend and get charges and arrest on the person responsible for the death of Takeoff.”

According to police chief Troy Finner, the suspect(s) were guests at the private party that Takeoff and his nephew, fellow rapper Quavo attended at 810 Billiards & Bowling Houston Monday morning.

He says Takeoff was killed after a dispute he had with somebody during a dice game and two different firearms were used.

There was no given reason for the argument.
