Takeoff’s Younger Brother YRN Lingo Pays Tribute To Rapper, “Still Can’t Believe It”

ATLANTA- Rapper Takeoff’s younger brother YRN Lingo has broken his silence almost a month after the Migos rapper was killed at a bowling alley in Houston.

YRN Lingo, took to his Instagram Monday, sharing a touching tribute to his older brother, writing:

“Dear Take, I don’t know where to begin, I honestly still can’t believe it, Longo wrote. “My big brother, my right hand, my other half, my literal twin. The one I could call upon anytime no matter what time, weather, situation you were in.”

‘You always made sure the family was family was straight.” he wrote.

“I hate that I have to move on with my life without you physically here, I wish I could just stop time and wait, but I know that can’t happen,” he added. “It’s a lot of things I’m going to miss about you, I could name them but it would be a full list and that would take forever.”

Lingo says Takeoff would give him things even when “he didn’t need it.”

“I looked up to you more than anyone on this earth and I will never stop looking up to you. I’ll carry your name until the day I die.”

Takeoff was killed while playing a dice game during a private event at a bowling alley in Houston almost a month ago.

His record label says Takeoff was killed by a stray bullet, but some believe the rapper was targeted.
