OKLAHOMA- A teacher has been charged after she allegedly had sex with a 16-year-old student, according to News 9.
Andee Lantz was charged with second-degree rape on Wednesday.
According to authorities, Lantz invited the teen, whose gender is not known, to her home, so that she could sexually assault the teen.
The abuse began at a public school, where Lantz was employed as a special education teacher.
A student obtained a sexually explicit photo of the teacher, and showed it to several others before it was brought to the attention of the authorities.
Lantz admitted to having sex with the teen after the 16-year-old allegedly leaned in and kissed her while they were both in her car.
Lantz resigned from her job in November.
