DETROIT- Rapper Tee Grizzley’s brother, Baby Grizzley, is behind bars again.
Baby Grizzley, whose real name is Marcellus Wallace, and another man named Nolan Dasgupta-Francis, were both charged with being felons in possession of a firearm, Detroit News reports.
The charges are from December 8, when police stopped Wallace, as he riding inside in a car, and found him with a .45-caliber firearm. Investigators also say they found a .45-caliber firearm on Dasgupta-Francis.
Investigators also found Marijuana, and an open alcohol container.
Wallace was just released from prison in Oct. after he served 5 years for robbery. His brother Tee welcomed him once he stepped outside, with a Bentley, and huge amount of money.
Their mother was also released from prison after serving years.
Tee Grizzley took to his Instagram, asking for his brother to be freed, and tells Wallace “I got us”.
Wallace is now facing up to 10 years in federal prison..
