Teen Arrested After Being In Possession Of Missing Rapper’s Car

A 15-year-old boy has been arrested after driving a vehicle associated with one of three rappers that went missing last month, police said.

The teen was arrested on January 28, after being in possession of Armani Kelly’s vehicle, one of three rapper’s that went missing on the night of Jan. 21 after they were set to perform at Lounge 31 in Detroit, but the show was canceled, reports CBS Detroit.

Montoya Givens and Dante Wicker were with Kelly.

Warren police discovered the vehicle and arrested the unidentified juvenile on Jan. 28. He was arraigned and was charged with possessing a stolen vehicle and burglary tools.

Police say all three men’s phones were turned off around the same time the night they disappeared.

Kelly was seen leaving Oscoda, on Jan. 21 around 11 a.m., heading to Lounge 31.

As I wrote earlier this week, his mother was able to track the vehicle through her Onstar and found it in three different locations in Warren, a half-hour north in Detroit after she filed a missing person’s report.
