NEW JERSEY- A 17-year-old boy was shot and killed at a Halloween party late Sunday.
Mouctar Toure, was at a large Halloween party when shots were fired around 11:45 p.m. on Sunday, police say, according to local news outlets.
When officers arrived at the scene, Toure was found with a gunshot wound. He was taken to a near-by Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on Monday.
There have no arrests made.
