NORTH CAROLINA- A teen charged with the murders of two other teens has now been charged as an adult.
Issiah Mehki Ross, 17, was identified on Monday as the person accused of shooting and killing Devin Clark, 18, and Lyric Woods, 14, in Sept. Their bodies were found with guns shot wounds inside of a car in a rural area.
Ross was initially charged as a teen with two count first-degree murder on Oct. 5, according to reports. He was charged after fleeing to another state.
He was given the chance to appeal the decision to be charged as an adult but didn’t.
There is no motive for the killings, authorities have some evidence.
Clark and Woods were friends.
