TEXAS- A 17-year-old boy was charged with murder Monday after allegedly shooting his ex-girlfriend, police say.
Diamond Alvarez, 16, was lured to a park last Tuesday after she received a text message from the suspect, Frank Deleon Jr. He asked that she meet him there.
Soon after, Alvarez’s family heard gunshots from their home.
The family located Diamond, and her mother performed CPR, but she died.
Alvarez had been dating Deleon on & off for a year but broke up with him after he cheated on her.
