TEXAS- A teenage girl was shot near a high school on Friday, police say.
Police responded to reports of a shooting around 12:15 p.m. near Southwest High School.
When police arrived at the scene, they found the teen victim with a gunshot wound to her leg. She was taken to a near-by hospital. She suffered non-life-threatening injuries, according to reports.
The shooting happened at near-by restaurant.
Police haven’t made any arrests, and there is no description of a suspect.
