Teen Wanted Over Murder Of Man Sleeping On Bus Turns Himself In

SEATTLE – A teenager who allegedly killed a man sleeping on a bus has turned himself in.

Miguel Rivera Dominguez, 17, is accused of killing 21-year-old Marcel Wagner as he was sleeping on a bus.

Dominguez, who wore a ski mask at the time of the senseless random killing, turned himself in on Monday and is now facing charges of first-degree murder and second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.

The teen was aboard the bus on Oct. 3 when he pulled a cord to request the driver to stop and shot the victim five times with a handgun, according to documents obtained by Kiro 7 News.

There is no clear motive for the killing.
