FLORIDA- 18-year-old Armando Flores has been arrested and charged with a felony for distributing material harmful to minors after reaching over a bathroom stall and recording a student who was masturbating.
If convicted, Flores would have to register as a sex offender, face up to 5 years in prison along with a $5,000 fine.
Flores was arrested Wednesday morning after investigators traced the distributed video back to Flores. He then confessed to police that he was the person behind the camera and that he did indeed distribute the video.
The video was was most likely filmed earlier last week.
The student who Flores recorded is now “suicidal”….
