Tekashi 6ix9ine’s kidnapper denied early release from jail; here’s why

BROOKLYN- Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine’s kidnapper will not be released any time soon, as a judge shot down his request.

According to Page Six, federal prosecutors filed court papers on Friday which state that Tekashi69’s kidnapper is a violent high-ranking member of the Nine Trey gang, and he could be a menace to society if he’s released.

Prosecutors responded to Anthony “Harv” Ellison’s attorney’s request to release him from the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Brooklyn because he has Asthma, and is at risk for contracting the Coronavirus due to his underlying issue.

Ellison’s attorney is asking that he be released on home confinement and on $200,000 bail.

Prosecutors say that Ellison never stated before that he suffered from Asthma.

Ellison is facing 30 years in prison after a jury convicted him of kidnapping and robbery in Oct. of 2019.

Rapper Tekashi69, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, was released early due to him having Asthma.
