Rapper Tekashi69 has plead “not guilty” to federal racketeering and firearms possession Monday morning in NYC, according to TMZ . Tekashi, who’s real name is Daniel Hernandez, now has a pre-trial conference that is set for January 22nd and the trial is set scheduled for September.
Hernandez and his co-defendants have also plead guilty.
This includes his ex-manager. They will all remain in custody, as Tekashi’s bail was denied, due to him being a flight risk because of the fact that he may be sentenced to 25 years to life in prison as told by the District Attorney’s office in New York.
