Tekashi69 has turned himself in to Houston Police to face charges for choking a fan. Tekashi69 whose real name is Daniel Hernandez has been charged with assault causing bodily harm, after Houston police say the rapper choked a fan inside the Galleria Mall, after the fan pulled their camera out to film Tekashi69. Court documents state that Tekashi69 yelled at the teen and his bodyguards “surrounded him in an intimidating way”. Police interviewed the teens mother who claimed what her son was saying was indeed tue. Tekashi69 is out on a $5000 bail and is due in court later this month to his charges.
