TEXAS- A suspected school shooter who is accused of injuring four people after he allegedly opened fire was charged on Wednesday.
Timothy George Simpkins, 18, was charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, according to KDFW.
Simpkins turned himself into police custody after a manhunt was launched.
The teen is accused of firing his .45 caliber gun during a fight with another student at the Timberview High School.
Three people were injured during the shooting.
A 15-year-old boy was shot and is in critical condition. A 25-year-old man was also shot and an unidentified teenage girl was injured but not shot, police say.
Police say a video taken by another student shows what led up to the shooting, and Simpkins can allegedly be seen punching the boy he was fighting.
