GHANA- Police have arrested a man accused of stealing rapper Meek Mill’s phone while he was in Ghana for a concert.
Police received a report on Dec. 9, and soon after tracked down and arrested Nuhu Sule, alias Abaabaawa, according to a tweet from police.
“The victim, Meek Mill, reported his phone stolen in Accra on December 29, 2022,” the tweet read.
The stolen phone was retrieved from the suspect, police said.
It’s unclear what Sule was charged with, but police said, “He is currently in Police custody and will be taken through the due process of the law.”
