NYC- Police say thieves distracted a Brinks driver and allegedly stole $300,000.
The driver of the Brinks truck was making a money drop at a Chase bank around 1 p.m. on Friday when two suspects stopped him and asked for directions, the NYPD said, according to Fox News.
While the driver was distracted talking to one individual, the other removed a bag that was left unattended on the bumper of the armored truck before fleeing the scene.
The other suspect also fled the scene.
Police have made no arrests.
