TikTok rapper Yung Hashtag has died at 27.
Yung was known for his TikTok duets with other musicians.
He had over 500,000 followers on TikTok.
Yung Hashtag’s followers send their condolences to the rapper, and a TikTok user with the username @jahnaforeign, who was in a relationship with Yung confirmed his death in a comment she left under a video, which reads “I love you so much baby. I don’t wanna do life without you.”
Yung Hashtag, whose real name is Michael Burns, began posting videos on TikTok in 2017. He was known for his songs “I Hate Hashtag” and “Make A Move.” He released an album in 2020.
It’s unclear what Yung’s cause of death is as this is a developing story.
