CHICAGO- A 3-year-old who was allegedly thrown into lake Michigan by his aunt has died.
Josiah Brown, who fell more than 6 feet from the lake last Monday, was reportedly pronounced dead on Sunday, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
The toddler was under water for almost 30 minutes and went into cardiac arrest. He wasn’t expected to live.
His aunt, Victoria Moreno, 34, has been charged with felony attempted first-degree murder after she was allegedly caught on surveillance footage pushing the boy to his death into the water.
